In addition to being a responsible and professional team player, duties include front desk clerical work and switchboard operation. Use computer, telephone, switchboard, and radio base station. Communicate with guests over the telephone and in person. Handle emergency situations on switchboard and radio. Make change, complete reports, and maintain an accurate account of daily income. Read and speak English. Work rotating shifts. Foreign languages are helpful. Fundamental math skills are a necessity.
