Sets up and cleans conference rooms and public areas and satisfies the needs of conference groups regarding equipment requirements. Always works to ensure conference facilities present a good appearance. This can include snow removal in winter months. Must be an approved Snow Mountain Ranch (SMR) driver able to move equipment and supplies between buildings and lift 50lbs up to 4 feet high and carry it 50 feet. Draws equipment malfunctions and problems to the attention of responsible staff members for correction.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
