Assists in handling check-in and check-out of Snow Mountain Ranch (SMR) individuals, families and groups and provides them with relevant SMR information. Good guest service skills are a prerequisite for this position. Also needs computer skills, a professional appearance, attention to detail and orderliness are necessary. Handles switchboard, radio and various assigned office and administrative duties. Shift and weekend work is often required. Stamina to stand for several hours and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs weight to table height are needed. Must keep a tidy and clean work area in a very public front office environment.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
