Assists the Human Resources Office Administrator with administrative functions related to daily office operations including, but not limited to, filing, data entry, answering phones, sorting mail and making copies. Handles special projects as assigned. Requires excellent customer service interpersonal skills as there can be substantial interface with non-HR employees who bring their queries to the office. Position needs the ability to operate a computer, other office equipment and keep the HR office clean and organized.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
