Assists the Employee Development Manager with on-grounds staff housing. Prepares housing for incoming staff and checks staff out at the end of employment. Monitors and maintains staff housing facilities, ensures schedule for cleaning common areas is implemented, cleaning supplies are available and that vacuums are cleaned and maintained on a regular basis. Communicates with residents as required and helps provide resident staff with on-grounds activities. Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs weight up three flights of stairs, work with various chemicals and drive company vehicles. Cooperates with other Resident Assistant (RA) staff to ensure that the RA office is kept in a clean and tidy condition. Requires excellent customer service skills.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
