Assists the International Staff and Volunteer Coordinator with all aspects of administration, communication and staff related programs. Snow Mountain Ranch (SMR) staff includes employees from around the world and volunteers from all over the USA. This position deals with human resources matters and program planning for these employees/volunteers and requires excellent customer service and inter-personal skills. Helps with the coordination of trips and the planning and implementation of activities for international staff and volunteers. Examples of tasks are: assisting international staff to obtain bank accounts, arranging Games’ Evenings for volunteers and updating spreadsheets of current contact information. Position needs the ability to operate a computer and other office equipment and help keep the HR office clean and organized.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
