An Office Volunteer performs all assigned administrative and office duties including answering phones, operating computers, adding machines, copiers and hand held radios. Position requires some computer knowledge. He/she records work requests, assigns tasks to appropriate employees and encourages and assists in maintaining a good appearance in public areas of B&G facilities. Responsibilities are likely to require weekend work as part of a normal workweek.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
