Requires the ability to quickly be able to manage and operate Snow Mountain Ranch (SMR) computerized PBX, a radio base system and the computer system pertaining to the property. Has to become well-informed about YMCA of the Rockies, SMR and surrounding areas. Work is in a sometimes very busy office environment which can necessitate, on occasions, the skill and composure to handle emergency situations. A volunteer must be able to multitask, coordinate details, maintain a good relationship with fellow workers, be prepared to assist Front Desk Attendants and perform some general office and administrative duties. Flexible shifts can include weekend work.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
