Program Supervisor ($230/wk plus room and board)

Office Administrator with a focus on supervising adventure activities as well as managing some of the Recreation Attendants.

  1. Previous experience working with all ages in the public, preferably with presentation skill ability. 
  2. Minimum of one season of experience facilitating similar to those offered at Snow Mountain Ranch
  3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work through daily checklists.
  4. Possess excellent customer service skills; for example, friendly, personable, helpful, patient, and professional.
  5. Promote a cooperative, positive and problem-solving atmosphere at all times.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on guest relations and development.
  7. Ability to work with computers, computer programs (such as Excel, Word, and Publisher), projectors and other IT equipment as needed. 
  8. Ability to create, plan, and execute adventure programs and monitor all adventure activities. 
  9. Working knowledge of age-appropriate activities
  10. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. 
  11. Knowledge and cross-promotion of other departments at Snow Mountain Ranch including and not limited to the Bike Shop, Day Activities, Lodging and Cabins, Horse and Operations, year round recreational activities, group and corporate coordination, events, Snow Mountain Ranch history, and local businesses and general ranch and local information.
  12. Must meet acceptable criminal background check standards.
  13. Certified in First Aid, CPR and AED administration.
  14. Support the Association safety program. Promote safe work practices and a safe environment for guests, members and staff.
  15. Enthusiasm for continued program development, guest offerings and development of marketing tools for ones’ areas of responsibility.
  16. Supervise re attendants and ropes staff.
  17. Maintain adventure activities programs inventory and supplies in a neat, orderly fashion.
