A Facility Inspector is responsible for identifying potential safety and security problems in guest and staff lodges and cabins. Examples of activities include checking for open and unlocked doors and windows, checking smoke detectors, turning down heat, checking for water leaks and possible freezing and any other damage to Snow Mountain Ranch property. Inspectors also check for maintenance issues and complete and submit work requests. Light household maintenance may be performed if the inspector has the required ability.
Volunteers report to the Department Head or any other supervisor he/she designates. For any position a supervisor may assign other duties from time to time which are required to ensure efficient and timely completion of overall Snow Mountain Ranch goals. Teaming within and across departments is expected.
