Guest Service Host - Ticket Office 2019
* Operates a computerized ticketing cash register. * Accepts cash payments and credit charges. * Issues and hands ticket to guests. * Answers questions concerning fees, facilities, activities, and schedules. * Gives information concerning coming attractions. * Balances the end of shift sheet report of cash /credit charges received and tickets sold. * May serve as Greeters/Info Desk Clerk * Answer phones and respond to questions. * May assist with administrative tasks as needed. * Other duties may be assigned.
Experience: Prior experience with cash handling preferred Education: High School graduate or GED Technical Skills: Able to learn and operate a computerized cash register Interpersonal Skills: Good customer services relations and public communication skills
