Lionshead Store Manager

Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer service-oriented Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our new test site location in Lionshead. The purpose of this position is to manage our off-site store front with a positive attitude and a smile. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ranch and be able to sell a full day experience to guests, as well as educate them on all we have to offer.

Responsibilities

Supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability
Create a welcoming and informative customer experience ultimately driving more business to the ranch
Be fully versed on the ranch and its total offerings
Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff
Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations
Develop and arrange promotional material and in-store displays
Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
Monitor inventory levels and inform GM when in need of replenishment
Keep store cleaned, stocked, and organized
Maintain a professional appearance at all times
Enthusiastic, self-motivated and able and willing to work independently with limited
Strong leadership and customer management abilities
Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Create opening and closing check lists
Maintain positive guest relations at all times
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Adhere to all grooming and appearance standards consistently
Possess strong phone skills
Basic computer skills and understanding of simple point of sale systems
Comfortable processing credit card transactions
Perform physical activities such as lifting up to 50lbs, stooping, walking and standing for extended periods

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent GED

4+ years retail experience

2+ years management experience
