Job Title:   Building Maintenance Laborer

 

Reports to:   Facilities Manager                                                        Wage: DOE

Exempt/Non-Exempt:   Non-Exempt

 

Job Summary:   Assists Facilities team with building maintenance tasks in and around Red Lodge Mountain properties.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear and smell.  The employee is frequently required to handle objects, tools, or controls.  Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8-hour work shift.  Must be capable of lifting and moving 50 lbs. or more.  Must be capable of walking on uneven terrain and snow and ice, shoveling snow, bending, and stooping.
