Job Title: Main Lodge Counter Server

Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager Wage: DOE

Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: Take orders and serve food items at Midway or Main Lodge.

Essential Job Responsibilities/Duties/Tasks include the following; other duties may be assigned:

Ensure customer satisfaction with efficient, friendly service.
Maintain and clean appliances on service line.
Preform prep work before opening.
Clean and stock kitchen area.

Required:

Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective communication with guests, co-workers, supervisors, and managers.
Organized and have the ability to multi-task.
Ability to work varied schedule including weekends/holidays.

Experience/Education:

This is an entry-level position; prior experience is helpful but not necessary.

Preferred:

Knowledge of the ski industry.
Ability to ski/snowboard strongly preferred (Midway).

Employees must be capable of standing and or walking 80% to 100% of a normal 8 hour work shift. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to lift and move up to 40 lbs.
