Job Title: Banquet Lead
Reports to: Banquet Manager Wage: $10.00 - $12.00/Hour DOE
Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Status: Full/Part Time Seasonal
Job Summary: Assist in planning events, set-up, and directing execution of events. Serve plated and buffet meals as well as alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of various events at the Red Lodge Mountain Golf Course and Golf Shop. Act as front-of-house staff lead and on-site customer contact.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear, and smell. The employee is frequently required to handle objects, tools, or controls. Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 8-hour work shift. The employee is occasionally required to lift and move up to 50+ lbs. Must be capable of walking on uneven ground, bending, stooping, and sitting for extended periods of time. Employee may be required to drive a company vehicle to haul trash and/or equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee will occasionally work in humid conditions. There will be occasional exposure to sharp and/or hot objects. They will be occasionally exposed to extreme cold and wet conditions. Harsh weather conditions may be encountered en route to work. Shifts can exceed 12 hours at a time and routinely end after midnight.
