Job Summary: Supervise and direct all activities of Lift Maintenance department.  Serve as head mechanic and electrician and assist with proper operation and maintenance of all lifts as needed.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, see, hear and smell.  The employee is frequently required to handle objects, tools, or controls.  Must be capable of walking or standing 90% or more of a normal 10-hour work shift and lifting and moving 100 lbs. or more.  Must be able to walk on uneven terrain and snow and ice, shovel snow, bend, climb, and stoop for extended periods of time. Must ski or snowboard at an intermediate to expert skill level.  Frequently required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include depth perception.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside winter weather conditions with high winds, heavy snowfall, low visibility, rain, and extremely cold or warm temperatures. They will be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, noise, risk of electric shock, moving mechanical parts, and work in high places. Employee expected to work and with dirty, greasy equipment.
