Line Cooks (Seasonal-Winter)

The Line Cooks are responsible for much of the actual food production and plating in our Dining Room. Ensuring food is prepared to the exact specifications of Sugar Bowl, the chef, and our guests.

We are located on the summit of I-80 in Northern California and Truckee, CA is the closest town with services about 20-25 mins on a clear day. We do offer dorm-style housing. This is a seasonal position and our season will end around 4/21/19.
