The applicant understands that this document does not constitute an employment contract. Furthermore, either the employee or company may terminate employment at will, with or without cause, at any time. Offers of seasonal employment are conditioned upon an applicant passing a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening, accepting Rancho de los Caballeros policies, including our drug/alcohol policy, and providing proof of identity and legal right to work in the U.S. Once these conditions have been satisfied, the offer of seasonal at will employment is finalized. Rancho de los Caballeros offers seasonal employment from October to mid-May only. Unemployment compensation may be denied at the end of the season.
