WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Seward Windsong Lodge. As a Busser, you will assist the wait staff in serving food, filling and re-filling drinks and cleaning the guest tables. You will have a range of duties in order to assist the wait staff including:

Collaborate with wait staff to ensure that tables are cleared, cleaned and ready for the next guests
Prepare dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking all necessary supplies prior to the beginning of service
Support wait staff by assisting with delivery of food and retrieval of required supplies
Arrange tables for large parties
Maintain a clean and sanitary bussing station

Positive and willing to participate on a team and work with a winning attitude
Flexible and dependable
Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds
Previous busser experience will be viewed advantageously
