Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Denali Cabins. As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen and provides professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel. You will ensure that all recipes and food preparations and presentations meet the commitment to quality. You will work with team members within your department and others to complete the following tasks:
