WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Safety, anticipating guest needs, honoring our surroundings and bringing your best every day are the core values we live by in order to provide dynamic guest service at the Denali Backcountry Lodge. As a Sous Chef, you will support front-line cooks by preparing foods and maintaining adequate stock for current productions levels. You will ensure excellent customer service and enhance the dining experience for all guests while working closely with the staff in an efficient, courteous and dedicated manner.
